Founded by Brian and Alicia Hilderman in 1998, Hildy Enterprises began with a simple yet powerful vision: to provide quality housing solutions for families who face barriers to traditional homeownership. Over 27 years, we've helped more than 105+ families find their path to owning a home through creative financing options including owner financing, land contracts, and rent-to-own programs. Hildy's has helped 54 families achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Our hands-on approach combines Brian's 32 years of construction and project management expertise with Alicia's 20 years of teaching experience and marketing acumen, creating a family business that truly understands both the technical and human sides of homeownership.

Brian and Alicia have been foster parents for over 20 years because in the spring of 1996, Big Nick joined the Hilderman family. Today, Big Nick is a general contractor serving the La Crosse, WI area with Moore and Moore Incorporated.

Nick has been in business since 2013 and specializes in building spec homes. Hildy's Enterprises Inc. and Moore and Moore Inc. have teamed up over the years on framing houses, flooring, painting, cabinets, siding, and roofing.
